HT Kids

Bringing children this Sunday? It’s our priority that your kids have a safe and enjoyable time.

Before attending a group, each parent/carer is asked to complete a permissions form which gives the HT Kids Team a heads up about any special needs and enables them to keep in contact with parents and carers. If possible, please complete the form below in advance of this Sunday. But if you forget or are a visitor, we have forms at the Kids Team Welcome Desk at the back!
