HT is a large and vibrant church in the heart of Cambridge City Centre with a team of staff that helps with the day-to-day running of ministries across all ages and stages.
Student Ministry Assistant* (MA) — Full-Time
*With Responsibility for Female Students
The Student MAs work very closely with the students, helping them develop in character and to develop lifelong spiritual habits.
As well as providing one-to-one welcome, support and mentoring for students, the Student Team plans, organises, and runs a program of term-time student events with the aim of spurring the students on in their relationship with Christ and equipping them to live out and share their faith effectively.

Children’s Ministry Assistant (MA) —
Full-Time
The Children’s MAs work alongside the Senior Children’s Pastor and the Children’s Pastor for Infants & Babies to help facilitate our HT Kids Ministry.
HT Kids aims to work alongside parents to see children excited about following God and walking in the plans that He has for their lives. HT Kids aims to create a fun place for children where they feel at home and able to: grow deeper in their knowledge of God and His love, grow closer in their friendships with each other, and grow into all that God has in store for their lives.
